“Ontbijt niet erg uitgebreid, maar goede kwaliteit. Goed bed en goede kwalitateit beddengoed. Jammer alleen een koffiemachine op de kamer en geen waterkoker. Personeel bij in- en uitcheck niet erg vriendelijk.”

“Et lite hotell med sjel og personlig service. Alle rom er unike og vi elsket dette stedet. Rett over gata lå Mormors cafe som var superkoselig! Stille og fredelig midt i det historiske. Kan virkelig anbefales.”

“The worst part about this place is that you eventually have to leave. It was the most delightful experience and I hope to be back. The saunas and experiences were 5 stars. Loved the pools, facilities, ritual experiences, and rooms. The bed felt like a cloud! The breakfast was delish. The well burger is the best burger I’ve ever had. Simply delightful.”

“The staff was great. The communication when booking online was not current. They only had 8 parking spots, so we had to park away and pay additional amount of over $100 CDN for one overnighter. I had to download another app to do this. Apparently I had not pre-booked a parking spot. I remember setting my filter for parking when setting up the room. Tbe hotel also failed to mention they were going thru renovations so there was scaffolding all around the building and early morning workers……

“Das Hotel ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich gestaltet. Zunächst hatten wir ein dunkles Zimmer mit kleinem Fenster Blick nach hinten. Wir haben dann gegen Aufpreis ein sehr schönes mit einem kleinen Balkon Blickrichtung Oslofjord erhalten, hell und freundlich. War den Aufpreis mehr aös wert, aber Geschmacksache. Frühstück war hervorragend, Bedienung sehr freundlich.”

“A wonderfully kept old building with lots of character. It would’ve been great to have stayed in the main building but we were allocated a room in the new annex. Very clean and orderly with the atmosphere of an officers’ mess. It was very quiet except for a small conference group. It is a walk away from the Navy Museum plus others. Pleasant walks are all round the property. While not the usual hotel experience it was novel.”
