“At check in hotel staff scanned passport for both of us and took pictures although receptionist called at 11:30 pm at night disturbed our sleep and asked me that they still waiting for other person to provide Passport, however i told them at check in i already provided them both of ours passport and receptionist said she called wrong number.. Bedsheet was dirty look like they never changed it after previous guest checked out, there was no hot water in morning and cable tv wasn’t working only……

“This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. ”

“Hotel rooms is good, cleaniing wise is good but there is no breakfast as they mentioned in there hotel facilities when you good online.. We insist for beakfast and show the manager what they mentioned so they provide every day same poha and tea...and the lift woking morning 12 to night 10 only.. So when u checked out 11 am. You have to use stairs even the hotel is on 4 floor.. Overall i ll give 3 star.. ”
