“What a horrifying hotel experience. The property is disgusting. At check in the jittery drug addled night manager demanded a cash deposit (which I did not have on me). He refused to take my credit card and when he called the property manager she insisted I had to have cash that I was informed when I booked. Not true. No mention of cash - "Deposit: USD 50 per accommodation, per stay" . It also states "The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary……

“Great view of the lake plus staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Only drawback eas the shower floor and seat were very slippery. This was reported to the staff upon checkout so it’s probably been taken care of now. The Eatery Pub had great food. It averaged 105 the 5 days we were there so the fishing was BAAAD! even with a pair of experienced guides with electronics. We are definitely coming back when it’s cooler!”

“The property was okay for the price. A few things could be improved. We were unaware until check in the owner wanted the temperature kept @ 74. A little warm for us but we complied other than at night, which we needed it cooler to sleep. Every time we’d leave and return the thermostat would be set at 85. This would happen overnight too. The listing didn’t indicate the size of the bed, which was full size. Not really big enough for myself and my husband to sleep comfortably. There was a minimal……

“This is a beautiful place to stay. Host was very nice, amenities were great. Had a small issue which was handled appropriately. However, the location directions were way off. It was very difficult to get in touch with host at first. Also, was not provided gate code to get through the gate. However, I did send some notes and a pin location for host to use next time for renters. I will absolutely rent this again for my next visit home.”

“We came into town for a wedding and took advantage to explore claremore a bit more. Staying in the home was a great decision because it was so easy to check in or check out. A couple of things went wrong for us that I think could be easy fixes. The hot and cold were opposite (hot on right cold on left) these should be labeled so guests remember. The outdoor deck could use furniture that works. And updating the photos of the back bedroom would be good. There’s a bed there that wasn’t in the……
