“Ms Sharon was very heart warming and so much welcoming towards my children and I it was a blessing!! Best hotel since I've traveled from Utah to Colorado ms Sharon is the Best.”

“It was perfect for what we needed. We had family camping at the state park and this was minutes away which is great for those of us who don’t have a trailer and can’t do a tent. It doesn’t have breakfast though you do have to plan for that.”

“Everything in the room had been updated. It was very clean and seemed new. I had some issues with programming the brand new TV and the microwave didn't work until a staff member was able to get it operating.”

“Nice and clean with good breakfast”

“The breakfast is done in the Hotel next to ours, they are own by the same company or person. It was one of the better breakfast that I have had with lots of hot and cold varieties of items. There was a few items in the room that need attention to fix and I let the staff know and and they where aware and waiting of parts to fix those items. Good facility for the price if you want to same $100 and not have the pool and a newer room like they are next door.”

“This location is not managed like a normal motel. When we opened the door to our room, the bed was unmade and you could see the garbage can overflowing in the bathroom. There wasn't an easy way to contact the motel. Luckily the office was opened. We were advised that housekeeping missed the room and were asked if we could wait an hour. The staff was very nice and tried to do what they could to resolve the situation. Eventually we were upgraded to a different room which was very nice. The……
