"I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

Check-in was chaotic - I arrived late but despite my email notification the place was shuttered and the after hours phone number listed on hotels.com and placed on the door was out of service. The owners clearly need to check their emails and answer their phones. Other than that everything was fine."
