“Nice place to stay”

“We arrived late and had been driving all day. The phone in the room started ringing and would not stop. We had to unplug it. The air conditioner kept making a loud noise and did not work well. We had to shut it off in the middle of the night because it kept waking us up. We had another long day of driving and we had a rough nights sleep. If it wasn’t 2am we would have requested another room.”

“Our stay here was very satisfactory. It was kept clean and the staff were friendly. It’s a very minimal and functional hotel to stay in. My only complaint is that the walls are thin so we often heard the room next to us and the hallway. Other than that, this was a good place to stay outside of Memphis. ”

“Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. It was busy so extending your check out time was only available for Hyatt members. We did not ask for late check out in advance nor did we need it. Bed so comfortable. ”

“The property is located in close vicinity to various shopping centers and a fuel station.”

“A little gem— not too far from Ole Miss but there’s nothing to do in the town— but the Inn Is everything you want in a historic home! Adorable- our room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was too! Staff made us a great breakfast— true southern hospitality. Will definitely stay there again”

“Mr. Roy at check in was so, so kind and welcoming! The room was very spacious, air conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable! For the price and convenience 10/10 stay! ”

“Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff. This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again.”

“One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel stay. Room was clean. Oh… there was a party on our floor that was very loud and was not stopped, all night/morning. Didn’t sleep well that night. ”
