“Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely friendly and breakfast buffet was very good, Only complaints, really low toilets in the bathrooms, I'm short with really bad knees and it was low for me, I can imagine someone tall trying to sit that low. They need to upgrade to chair height and there was no hot tub as advertised which was really disappointing.”

“This is a beautiful property, very clean and welcoming. I wish they offered complimentary breakfast for the price. I was also disappointed that the indoor hot tub was broken and the outdoor one was only about body temp or slightly warmer. The outdoor areas were very nice, as well. Bed was comfy and the room was the cleanest of any hotel we have stayed at in Victoria. We would stay again but would definitely call to find out about the hot tubs ahead of booking. “Room a/c wasn’t on when we arrived. Took a while for room to cool down. Faucet in shower was broken and leaking. Seems like it would have been easily noticed if someone was checking the rooms before guests arrived. The room was clean. The hotel was clean.”
