“El desayuno buffet esta variado y fresco y el hotel esta bien ubicado con habitaciones modernas y limpias,sin embargo el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones estaba fuera de servicio”

“Excellent stay, convenient for the parks a d big interconnecting rooms for a family of 5 with two bathrooms. There is a kitchenette which is not stocked with anything other than a fridge, microwave and tap (no utensils, kettle etc) which seemed a bit pointless. Check in was really quick and staff were friendly. We loved breakfast and thought dinner was fine. Only water is included with dinner, and juice/milk/chocolate milk with breakfast. The water supply could be better across the whole resort……

“Super hôtel version Far west avec mega petit dejeuné. Les décors sont vraiment beaux et la piscine top. Seul bémol Colorado Creek est en haut d'une grande montée et ul ny a aucune voiturette qui propose de vois amener jusqu'à l'hôtel et c'est dommage car sous 35 degrés ou même le soir après un3 journée de parc c'est compliqué. Et l'autre bémol cest la très longue attente sur certains manèges. Mais sinon l'hôtel est fabuleux le service aussi et les décors incroyable. Je recommande quand même mais……

“Me , my husband and our 3 kids had an amazing stay , close to portaventura world , super clean , great staff , fantastic pools , food great, we don't really drink alcohol but the mocktails were lush.”

“Nice hotel in a great location. Lovely rooms, very clean. Stayed a few times now and noticed a few maintenance issues this year both in the room and public areas. Breakfast very good but evening meal quality and choice seems to have gone downhill a little this time too. Won’t put me off returning but would like to see it return to its true 4 star status as it was a few years ago”

“The 427 sq ft room was a nice size with plenty of space to move around and very clean. The property was truly a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the boardwalk action, which includes lots of restaurant choices and other things to do. Parking at the hotel is Very limited we had to park on the street. This was disappointing because onsite parking was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.”

“Staff all amazingly helpful and friendly. Spa was a bit compact but ok and clean. Pool fine, although staff at the pool bar seemed a bit rushed off their feet and there was a couple of occasions where quite a queue built up. However, staff still friendly and happy.”
