“Every thing was great. However, the day we check out, they didn’t mention the Santander airport opened at 5am. We left the hotel at 3am, waited out site the airport for 11/2hrs freezing until the doors open. No one at the hotel informed us of the airport schedule!!!”

“Arrived Tuesday, tired from a long drive from Toledo. Immediately looked after. Room was superb with a great view. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Food very good. Loved the location of the hotel, after 20 days of travelling around Spain and Portugal this rejuvenated the batteries. An excellent hotel. ”

“Amazingly well situated being just 50 metres from the main square. This posada is a historic house and is wonderful. Very friendly and owner run. An ideal stopping place for Santander.”

“The hotel and the rooms are recently refurbished, very clean and spacious. The surrounding village is quiet and gorgeous and the local residents are friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The owner is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The only aspect that could improve significantly was the breakfast - both the quality and the variety of the food, especially as there are no alternative cafes nearby.”

“Such a lovely building. Lots of traditional features but rooms are modern, clean and fresh. Our room had a small balcony, one of two in the hotel. Most attractive restaurant and courtyard. It has a gastro dining experience and the restaurant seemed very popular with local visitors but plenty of room. Breakfast had a good variety, continental but cheese and hams with everything you would expect. More than filling. The staff were very friendly and obliging. We loved every aspect of this……
