“Clean room, helpful staff. Easy parking lot, then we drove closer to Arcos and parked, walked to the old city.”

“We had read many reports about access to the property if you have a car….so we parked at the bottom of the hill in a large enclosed multi storey car park and called for a taxi to be dropped off at the Parador. If maybe you have a small backpack or small wheeled case you may enjoy the long walk uphill in the heat….dont let this deter you. The staff were extremely friendly and advised us that they have a special rate for the car park so gave us a voucher code. The room had a large terrace and the……

“Expedía had to rebook us to a different location due to an error. The new location was not in the city center and was not walkable. The front desk was very nice, but the property lacked any character or charm. The room was very basic, although it was clean.”

“This hotel probably gets 4 stars due to having the spa (extra €57 per room) and other amenities. But it's a country hotel in a fantastic location with outstanding views of the lake. A reasonably priced restaurant (best to book) serves good food and the breakfast buffet provides an excellent selection but is very Spanish which works for us. i would stay here again.”
