“Appartement petit mais très confortable. Très facile de communiquer avec les hôtes, ils ont le soucis de notre bien être. Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Je recommande”

“You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. But due to the apartment’s location facing the shaded yard, the temperatures were still quite manageable. The host had great communication, and made sure we were okay regularly. Other than……

“No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey. The room itself is remarkable, functioning AC throughout, 2 toilets and 3 baths for a 2 double beds apartment(and 1 sofa bed), 2 TVs, dining table, cooking space, fridge, kettle and coffee machines, disc player, books, all essential cookwares, wash-dryer, steam iron, excessive hangers, and an extremely detail instruction book on every possible item and recommendation you could think……

“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.”

“Clean and decent room for our family of three. Nice and friendly staff. Very convenient location to explore Paris, as Chateau Les Halles Metro station (Exit 1) is just outside the hotel. Numerous dining options in the neighbourhood. Very close to the Westfield Mall.”

“Check-in was challenging having to pick up the key from another location. The unit and location were okay but the owner needs to mention in the ad that there is no air-conditioning especially when there is a heatwave in Paris. The first night was brutal due to the heat, then power went out the next morning so we left and got a room instead at the Hyatt down the street for the remaining 3 nights that we had the apartment for and never went back to the apartment. Oh well, money wasted on the……
