“Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. “Our room was very clean and the staff were all wonderful and they checked in with us often. There were two ladies that worked the front desk that always said hi to us and our daughter. A kitchen staff, Shirley, always checked in to ask how things were and even noticed we weren’t at breakfast one day and was sad she didn’t get to say hi.
