“Air conditioning was terrible”

“There was bug on the bed. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the water pressure in the shower was real bad. The TV in one of the room didn't work but once it was brought up to the office it got fixed.”

“All services were friendly and pleasant!! The staff were all courteous and accommodating. It is always nice to stay here each year for the 4th of July fiestas!!”

“Worst hotel ever. The smell in the stairwell was awful. We were assigned a room upstairs which was either occupied or was never cleaned. It was DISGUSTING. We walked right out and went down stairs and the guy at the front desk was just unpleasant to deal with made me feel like we were lying we got in a little late and it was just a hassle. We were assigned another room downstairs which needed a wipe down had to go to the maverick next door and buy Lysol wipes. Pay the extra and stay elsewhere.”
