"Staff here were super nice and fun to talk to! Rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. A/C works well. Lobby and lounging areas look very fancy. Parking is easy. Not a very convenient place if you need easy access to public transport, as bus stops are 10-20 min walks away and there was construction everywhere for the summertime so it was hard to walk anywhere. If you have a car, grocery stores and shopping malls and anything else you need is only a 5-10 min drive which is nice."

"This hotel is absolutely INCREDIBLE! The rooms are gorgeous with high ceilings and are decorated perfectly! The shower is amazing. The towels are super soft. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. The staff is super accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Chicago area"
