“Nice area, easy access to lots of places to visit. A lot of bedrooms, great for a group. There are a few upgrades needed but nothing that affected our stay. Would rent here again. Yo let us check in early since we had an early flight. That helped us a lot. ”

“This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs. “BEAUTIFUL HOME! The host was so accommodating and extremely responsive. The home was spacious for our party of seven (adults). The bedrooms, shared spaces, and bathrooms were all nicely decorated (and updated), which gave a chic and modern feel. Parking was extremely convenient (right in front of the house), and the neighborhood was quiet. We found this location convenient, as we made several trips to Maryland & Virginia. I would definitely rent this house again and I highly recommend this...

“We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again.”

“Perfect and HUGE!! house. Had everything we needed for just one night. The place was beautiful with many places to keep the family entertained. Spacious rooms and backyard. Just 5 houses away from a 7-11. I would definitely stay here again, our family is very satisfied with everything. ”

“We had the best time visiting. It’s difficult to find hotel accommodation for a big family with a large gap in children’s ages; our stay here met all of our needs. Plenty of space, very clean, and all the extras we could’ve needed. Very close to the metro which is a huge plus. Check in and check out were a breeze! I really appreciated being able to get in touch so easily with questions. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“We loved this large, beautiful home in a safe and friendly neighborhood for our private school group of 15. We used public transit from the airport to the house, traveling to the national mall every day to visit smithsonian museums and national monuments. We chose this place because it has so many bathrooms, plenty of space, and it's right next to the bus stop-- and it's gorgeous! It was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and safeway was only a mile...
