“The hotel is very nice. The only drawback was no business area, no access to a PC. Also they maybe need a bit more variety in the tiny store area. The roo m was very clean and comfortable. Finally, the staff was very kind and helpful. I travel to Pittsburgh a lot so i will stay at this hotel again i'm sure!”

“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.”
