Despite being advertised as a sophisticated apartment, it was run down in places with poor paintwork, dirty windows, no opening window in the living room and a lingering smell. We were given one hand towel for four people to use for four days. I asked for some extras and was told I’d have to pay. On a positive note, it was central.”

“I booked the property for my parents & their friend as a surprise getaway to relax. The first thing my parents commented on was how clean the property was and that it smelled amazing on arrival. They loved the location of the house, also they appreciated that should kids be staying there, the toys/dress up provided & also the style of the second bedroom would be fantastic for them.
