“Nice room and well presented we had velux windows and therefore couldn’t see outside. We were in room 1 right by stairs so there is more noise with people coming up the stairs. In terms of service every member of staff was doing 2 or 3 jobs everytime we saw them, they were all trying very hard but there really wasn’t enough of them to man all ovations as necessary from reception to bar to restaurant we were served by same person. ”

“Was given a room in the Anex across the car park . It was terrible, cold and dirty but I told the lady receptionist the next day and she was lovely. She moved us into the main hotel and gave us a lovely room which was clean and warm and the bed was comfy. Only complaint was thick dust in top of radiator.”
