“overall a great hotel with a great location. but we where just a little disappointed. we paid a little extra to have lake view but then there is a row of trees covering most of the lake, the room was great and clean but the hallways where fairly dirty. and the night staff girl when we checked in was having a bad day or going through personal issues that she brought to work. it was very obvious she would much rather not be there and did not want to serve people. and our kids are used to having……

“It is very bright at night with the big window. One window has drapes the other one did not. The shower curtain did not reach the bottom so the floor in the bathroom was soaked every time we showered, needs some attention. Room was lovely and great location. Walk to shops and restaurants and the lake.”
