“The hotel is good for lay over and have an onward flight the next day. It is very easy to and from airport and the underground is free of charge for 1 stop from Heathrow. Highly recommend!”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“The staff was friendly and efficient to handle my check-in process. However, there was a very long queue late at night and i queued up for over 30 mins to get my room. The room is clean and nice despite that the style of the common area, corridor and room could tell its age which caused slight disappointment as compared with other Sofitel hotel I stayed.”

“When I was taking shower, suddenly all light was off and I took the shower in a darkness. When I enquire whether there was any problem for the electricity in the hotel, the staff said that it was normal and the electricity was stable. The staff eventually arranged another bedroom to us. However, the bedroom was found very dirty with insect inside. The hair dryer was terribly dusty with hair. I and my husband wanted to have dinner at the restaurant but there was no staff for us to make an order.……

“坐巴士往來機場非常容易，酒店就在機場跑道旁邊但外部隔音非常好，完全不覺得吵，但內部隔音就比較差了”

“房間比較細，沒有升降機，行李多的話不方便。”

“Enjoyed our stay, although, it was difficult to get a parking spot as the car park was quite full. Also, the automatic checkin was not working so we had to wait in line to check in. Dinner was not great in the Italian restaurant, but the Breakfast was amazing. We would go back just because of the breakfast.”
