“Generally good to very good. En-suite bathroom (Rm16) could do with a refresh, especially toilet and shower. Continental breakfast - boiled eggs would make a big difference. Location, parking, bedroom layout and views all excellent as were the staff.”

“a farmhouse, you can feel the humidity of the stone wall room, a bit too dark inside the room, but general acceptable beautiful environment, you can enjoy a very good countryside view (inc the corfe castle ruins), if you dont want to drive to the town to have lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the local meal at the farmhouse restaurant”

“Beautiful sea view room. The only downside to this hotel was that it has low water pressure in the shower and no drinking water in the room and had to go to the bar if you wanted any.”

“Room: 😃 excellent cleanliness, dramatic scenic view, well designed and kept, bigger size than usual (specially the bathroom), unique features - The double shower…wonderful - the noise of the sea from inside the room…very relaxing. 😐 no toothbrush and paste provided, which based on my experience, typically hotels do. Although the noise of the sea from inside the room (door closed) can be relaxing, it can also give you trouble to sleep if you are noise sensitive - note when we have been there……

“Everything was excellent ”

“Staff very welcoming and professional. Room lovely, bed comfy but think they should have one firm pillow and one soft pillow on bed. 1st morning breakfast - cereal and yoghurts variety and toaster available for use but 2nd morning nothing laid out no cereal and yoghurt or toast so was limited. Iron ironing board and hairdryer a bonus. The layout of the restaurant and decor had a relaxing cost ambience. Over all happy to go back and have recommended to to family who have already booked in. ”

“It wasn't very clean. Dirty bed, dirty bathroom, other people's hair everywhere, it felt like they hadn't cleaned or vacuumed. The food was not delivered on time, we had to ask for even plain water. The staff was busy setting the table and didn't pay attention to anything that wasn't there to eat.”
