“Ein DELUXE Zimmer gebucht. Fernseher defekt, lies such nicht bedienen UND Klimaanlage war ein Loch in der Wand. Also keine Funktion der Klimaanlage und das bei diesen Temperaturen. Frühstück war gut. Hotel so nicht zu empfehlen. Wer macht das Housekeeping und nimmt die Zimmer ab? Extra 2 Tage vor Reiseantritt mit dem Hotel telefoniert, da auf die Mail nicht reagiert wurde, und da die Aussage, alles super.”

“I originally only booked one night and then extended my staff to three nights due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the first day and handled the additional headache well and let me stay in my original room. From greeting me when we arrived to preparing breakfast my experience was very pleasant. There is not frequently that I have to stop in Eislingen but going forward now I have a reason. One staff member really stood out because when she heard we had to stay……

“Die Gastgeberin fuhr uns an dem Abend in ein schönes Restaurant, so dass wir nach einer langen Wanderung noch ein stärkendes Abendessen bekamen. Die Kirchenglocken verbreiten eine nostalgische Atmosphäre, aber in der Nacht schläft man besser bei geschlossenem Fenster. ”

“Sehr ordentlich, ruhig, gutes Bad, gute Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine, Besteck könnte nochmal nachgerüstet werden, eine zweite Klopapierrolle (für 2 Nächte) wäre auch nett. Also im ganzen nichts zu beanstanden!”
