The room was large (it was a room for 3 or 4, I think) and had a balcony looking over the river. The restaurant prices were good, as was the food. Overall, very nice."

However, the staff were very helpful and found us a table and we ate then. Bothe the room and the meal were very good, the breakfast too. "Hochblauen has just been newly renovated and it does not disappoint. The new hotel is beautiful in every way. The wellness center is incredibly relaxing with breathtaking views. Speaking of views, you have them from literally every spot on this property. Just beauty as far as the eye can see in every direction. I can’t recommend this place enough. A special shout out to the staff at the restaurant/bar who are all extremely friendly and of course the hotel manager Mehmet who makes you feel like you are visiting him in his very own home. Go here. You won’t regret a single second of your stay."

"A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages. Furnishings are dimple but comfortable. The hotel restaurant is good, but expensive, and there are many other dining choices nearby. The local thermal springs spa at Sole Uno is one of the best in Europe."
