We said we understand but our room has an obvious smell of cigarettes. We saw somebody on the 2nd floor have their window open and smoking. Also the 2nd room the TV didn't work. We went to front desk again and she informed us that somebody would be there at 11 pm and they could go and look at it. I said I was hoping to be sleeping by then. Our bed made so much……
