"I reserved a Tower King for the May graduation in early October through Expedia for me and my wife. The room showed in pictures that it had a sofa. Right before my trip, I found out my graduating daughter did not have accommodations for after our arrival, so I called Expedia and the hotel to be sure I could have a third person on the couch and they said there was no couch and the advertised photo was of another room even though they admitted it was false advertising. I had to switch to the only available room with two sets of bunk beds. This room had no usable closet other than some hooks. It had one chair and it appeared that the lower bunk beds were used to sit on since the mattress was so caved in that it made you roll out of bed. The one ceiling light that did not light the whole room and there were no reading lights at the 4 beds. The coffee was not replenished many of the 5 days we were there. The bathroom only had a small 1/2 oz tube of body wash and it was never replaced. There was initially no spare toilet paper roll to replace the 3/4 roll in the bathroom that ran out. The day after graduation we slept in and put the Quiet sign on the door. We left before noon and when returning that night we found our room was not cleaned. I had to ask the front desk to get someone to at least empty the full garbage cans and bring towels so we could shower the next day, and they did. The included breakfast was only coffee, toast, bagels, and cereal until they ran out each day."

"Reserved this hotel because of the soaking tub mentioned in the room description. When we checked in, our room had no tub:(. The professional and pleasant hotel staff were very helpful - switching us to a room with a bath tub. The bed/bed linens were incredible/soft, all of the food we had was excellent. Henrietta’s Table for dinner. In room breakfast the next day. The was freshly brewed- tasted like real coffee. We loved the free snack pantry in the lobby (yay!! diet cokes and cheezits!). Will absolutely stay again!"
