"The apartment was not in an acceptable condition. The floor was dirty on arrival, basic cleanliness had been missed, and there were serious issues with the bifold doors in the living area, including signage telling guests not to use them. None of this was disclosed at check-in. On checkout I was told management would contact me, but no one ever did. Overall the property felt poorly maintained and the lack of follow-up was disappointing."

"It was clean and quiet place to stay for a relaxed holiday. However, the check-in staff Ella was very aloof, curt and very unhelpful. She is obviously not interested in guests. The cleaners are so much better in their attitude and manners. Overall, we enjoy ourselves at the beach, cafes and shops around the place. Thank you Expedia for arranging our stay here. A minor issue is the phone in the room is not connected to the reception, so we got to go down to the office if we want to check on...
