“First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!”

“Love the view from the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean; our room had a wall-mounted towel warmer, separate refrigerator and freezer; roomy sofa. Bedroom had door. Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel.”

“The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. ”

“"Good property, well connected with metro stations nearby. However, toilet paper was very limited, there were no cloths in the kitchen, and the only one available when we arrived was very dirty. There was no broom for cleaning, and everything had too many instructions about not moving or touching things."”

“Poor ventilation, so smelly esp from toilet. Poor drainage, floor inside toilet is flooded after bathing at night, & so it's slippery until next morning. Dusty over rack fir ha hanging clothing ”
