“OK 4-star standard hotel, but felt there were teething problems - room not properly prepared or serviced, but no major issues.”

“It is hard to rate this property because it is brand new and gorgeous with gorgeous views BUT as a new hotel a lot still needs to be sorted: - I stayed for 3 nights, my toilet kept running loudly and they didn't have a maintenance person to fix it so the front desk person tried to fix it but couldn't and eventually gave me another upgraded room (nice). “The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. ”

“Staying in Canary Wharf, this is a really great hotel with apartments. Ours was overlooking the waterway, huge en-suite double bedroom, lounge with large sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Small table sitting coffee area downstairs with complimentary coffee. Lifts to all floors. Good location. There is a bridge from the main road to the top of steps though to get to the entrance. Fine with small cases, not sure if there is another route for larger……
