"El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. "My stay at Kumamoto Nest Hotel was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. I especially appreciated having breakfast available each morning. Fresh towels, a robe, and slippers were provided daily, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Another big advantage was that everything I needed was within walking distance. This was my first visit to Japan, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."
