Minus one star for wheelchair accessibility, but the staff at the door was kind enough to lift my dad and the wheelchair up the steps. Also, WiFi was extremely slow in during the day and evening; could be an issue for anyone considering remote work. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!"

"Great stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a really nice touch. The upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable — much bigger than expected. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. Location in Wuhan is also very convenient. "
