They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. "Best hotel I've stayed in awhile. Staff is a delight - when I arrived at 530am in the morning after a long night of travel, she passed me a bottle of water while I wait for check-in. She passed me a cup of tea while I wait for a taxi during the day. Hotel room amenities were great, more provided than a regular hotel - mouthwash, free snacks and drinks, even drinks in the fridge are free! Cleaning lady left a handwritten note wishing me a pleasant stay too."
