“Horrible customer service and dirty room (beds unmade/previously slept in, dog hair in the sheets, piss/crap stains on sheets and actual mattress, shower drain clogged, mold, roaches, and bed bugs). “The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, but the room was not great. It had a very musty smell, stains on the carpet, dusty lamps and clock and there was quite a bit of dust and debris behind the night stand. The smoke detector was also missing and the wires were hanging out. Breakfast was very average and I had to find napkins for us.”

“We booked 5 rooms. 4 of us had significant issues with the condition of our rooms. The staff was incredibly kind. But the hotel is in need of new housekeeping personnel. And the housekeeper shouldn’t show up to the rooms with her dog, who walked straight into the room. ”

“I should have known better when I booked it—a $55-a-night roadside motel. There was mold in the bathroom, broken tile, sticky sheets, stained furniture, and dirty carpet—the list could go on.
Breakfast was okay: waffles, bread, coffee, cereal, and peanut butter.
Pretty freaking dingy motel, but again, it was about $55.
Pros: I did feel safe as a woman.”
