Furniture in room are missing pieces , some others are fixed with scotch tape , rooms are hit since they haven’t update the ac system ( they use a portable fan in top of the ac unit to help improve efficiency). Rooms don’t have showers so if you have to bathe have to do it on a weird room surround by people . Do not buy the breakfast option unless you are looking for a bunch of weird things ( I can eat anything however I did not touch that meal ). Transportation around...

“お部屋は1番リーズナブルなお部屋でしたが充分に広くて清潔、部屋風呂が無く、貸切の６つのお風呂を満喫できる、入れない事もあるかと不安だったがそんな事なく満足です、お料理は美味しくボリュームもある、唯一言うなら半個室風の食事処が時間制で常にバタバタしていて、落ち着かない、部屋付きのスタッフさんも数部屋掛け持ちの様で何だか慌ただしい、ゆっくり食べるには他の人の食事の様子が丸わかりすぎて落ち着かない、それは朝夕共に、あとチェックアウトが10時と早めなので朝食後すぐに片付けてアウトしないといけない、ゆっくりしに行くつもりが、温泉の45分ルールも食事もチェックアウトも、常に時間を気にしていた気がする。でも、清潔さとお料理と景色と何物にも変え難い素敵なお宿でした。ありがとうございました。”

“It was a nice experience staying at this property. The staff explained well as we arrived. There were no meals included during our stay. We asked if we can bring food into the room to eat. The answer was no, no food/meals can be brought in! The shuttle bus took us to the canal at 7pm. We found a place to eat dinner and then went to two very nice onsens recommended by the staff there! “What an amazing experience! The propert was excellent, amazingly welcoming, clean and great location. The hosts were very nice and we had a privilege to attend the band practice at the restaurant. This is a great and authentic ryokan, breakfast was included and was very delicious and traditional. The traditional bath was the absolute charm after a long day. I would highly recommend this place!”

“This hotel was an amazing one night stay. We had a outside Onsen room. It was so relaxing for my husband and I to use. The bathroom shower was spa like. All the hair & face products I loved. The PJ'S to relax in has made me want to purchase a pair while in Japan. I would stay here again.
