Our first room had a foul odor which was mold in the shower. We asked for a new room and that room the shower did not work. We were escorted to another room to shower. The kitchen sink handle fell off when I tried to use it. The hot tub was out of service. Pool was filthy. It was Valentines so we had leftovers of a $240 dinner in the refrigerator. When we woke up the freezer defrosted water all over our food ruining our leftovers. This was an awful experience.
