The decor, high dome ceiling and chandeliers, walking closet, second tub with shower, the automatic toilet, the big round jacuzzi tub with the view, the soft light robes and the comfy slippers. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was not up to par. Had to called multiple times to get some service. Wish the hotel have. Full service nice looking bar over looking the lake while enjoy the afternoon tea or cocktails, and a convenience store to buy some necessity like snacks, etc. "

"酒店客房安排混亂，預訂可容納數人”頂級房”及經過確認後，酒店說因人為錯誤只一可提供一間雙床房，頂級房憑空消失了，亦導致要額外預訂另外兩間客房以容納所有人，客人就像需要為酒店錯誤承擔風險，沒有保障 服務質素低於平均水平，從前台，房間清潔，餐廳體驗都差勁，自助早餐食物種類本來已經有限，在食物缺乏情況下亦沒有進行添加 作萬豪集團的常客，有比較的情況下，這家假日酒店連最基本水平也不符合，亦不要預期有什麼服務，佛山有許多比這家酒店更好的選擇"
