“Master bed was not comfortable”

“This was by far one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. Staff didn’t miss a beat to any questions or concerns. There were no concerns at all. The room had a perfect view of the beach and was very comfortable. The pillows could be a little firmer but otherwise good. We enjoyed the king suite with the seating area separate from the sleeping area. With two televisions in the suite. The private beach access which comes with two chairs and towels was also available for us. The breakfast……

“I really enjoyed my stay here and found this property to be an absolutely excellent value. The property is half a city block from the beautiful gulf shores and public beach access. The room was clean and very comfortable, and I could see the ocean from my balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast abundant. I wish I never have had to leave! Thank you for the wonderful memories.”

“The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future.”

“This was a very nice resort. We would definitely will revisit this resort again, the rooms were nice and the staff was real professional, We really enjoyed speaking with Paul each day at the pool area, We ate a snack one day at the pool area, it was good, but I think food and drinks were definitely over priced for what you get. But that's ok we loved the beach walking to the pier each day. The bikes were a big plus. Looking forward to the next visit”

“I rated a 4 because you couldn’t get a better location. The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond. The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. We had some trouble with the toilet, We weren’t given enough towels for 4 nights, and the laundry they……

“Parking was decent. Great ice cream shop (Del’) right in front. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A/C worked great! Plenty of pillows and nice blankets.”

“The staff was friendly but the room was disgusting. It smelled like mold. I put a towel on top of the sheets so I could sleep without fear of bug bites. The bathroom was old and the fixtures weren’t secured to the wall. It had stains. So grossed out!”

“The condo was much smaller than expected. Once the couch was folded out for a bed and the queen Murphy bed put down there wasn't room to walk or for luggage. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool and deck were nice. Parking was easy and yhey had onsite sevurity.”
