“My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia.”

“At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN). I immediately pointed this out, crossed out the error on the form, and clearly wrote the correct information. The staff assured me that they understood. Yet, upon check-out, the invoice still……
