St. Kitts Beach Vacations

Royal St Kitts Hotel is a great place to stay when visiting St Kitts. This place has very friendly and helpful staff. If you need anything, they are right on top of helping you and your family. We had a one bedroom with sleeper couch that was very clean with a full equipment kitchen. Their restaurant food was excellent and so was the entertainment on Friday night. There was a grocery store, bakery, and Hard Rock Cafe right in front of hotel. Several other restaurants are also within walking distance. The port pier and beaches are only a 10 minutes drive. We went to visit in August and the weather was in the lower 80’s all day. Everyone was very nice on the island. I did rent a car and tested my driving skills by driving on the left hand side of the road. We enjoyed our vacation at St Kitts and will definitely go back.

This place was very clean and a huge Property. It’s right up against the beach, but unfortunately the beach is not accessible for two reasons. One is that it is very choppy and dangerous to swim and the other one is that it’s completely packed with seaweed that stinks. This place is far away from everything so you have to get Taxi and pay $22-$28.to go anywhere. The Taxi mafia controls everything because there are no buses to take or any other public transportation from here. Which locks you in and makes you eat at the establishment with the food is just whatever. The pool is nice, but the heat prevents you from enjoying spending more than 20 minutes because you will get sunburn. The staff was OK not really caring about you and just doing their job.
