Okk very good

We had several problems. The room was generally fine with one exception. The bath tub was also the shower and ws very slippery. A mat should be provided to avoid anyone falling and injuring themselves while taking a shower. WE had problems getting into the parking lot with a rented car. The road in front of the hotel is a very busy 6 lane road with a large barrier between the lanes. Our mapping service told us to turn and we missed the parking lot turning on the road just to the north. It has a large fence with no way to get back into the lot and nowhere to parkl although you are right next to the property. This should be explained better perhaps by providing new visiters with a detailed map of the area. We also had problems with the airport pickup. We were told to call and arrange for a pickup which we did through the airport information desk. We were told that the we should wait by the ambulances which we did for over an hour. We eventually saw the van drive by us without stopping. Apparently, the driver tried to call us which was useless as we did not have a phone that worked in the country. We finially discovered that we could walk to the hotel which is what we did as we did not have any baggage. Better coordination is needed on the exact pickup point at the airport for the shuttle to work.
