Vacaciones de golf en Alabama Meridional

The hotel itself seemed relatively nice. However, my room had major issues. For starters the rooms around me, and above me were very loud and rambunctious and smoking marijuana inside of the property when I went downstairs to ask the front desk to change my rooms. They said they didn’t have any available. I tried to endure it, but when I got upstairs, I realized there was stains on the sheets no soap in the shower and the shower curtain itself smelled of mold and mildew really bad. I then asked if I could just cancel my stay and get refunded so that I could go to another hotel, the front desk told me that they would cancel and refund me completely and they apologize for the inconvenience. I submitted the refund request through Hotels.com and was Denied. I would have gladly accepted a different room however, one was not available to me and now I am out several hundred dollars because of this. However, the hotel clearly has maintenance issues considering how dirty my room was regardless of the marijuana and partying around me. it should also be noted at the front desk did not seem concerned at all that there were people smoking marijuana inside of the hotel room.

I loved everything about the property staying on the beach with a pool and jacuzzi tub all the amenities you need without having to leave it was so quiet and peaceful it was worth every dollar I would stay again if I’m ever in Orange beach only issue we had was the master bedroom shower would not come on
