It is a great place to stay with kids. The kids the waterpark and the pool. Had dinner at the restaurant there and food was great. The cabin are very clean

Great location, spacious apartment with sufficient amenities

We had to ask for a hairdryer and it was quickly sourced. It was a 4 person unit but there were only 3 cups. The unit was clean conveniently located,spacious and functional. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wow! Such an amazing and tranquil stay for just the one night. The staff are professional and informative, the resort feels quiet and safe and I absolutely love how many available facilities there was. I would have loved to see the beach club bar open even in winter as the sunset was stunning and our shower and toilet rooms had visible black mould on the ceilings which was a bit concerning. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which I think would go a long way. Other than this, I would definitely come back for a long stay.

I’d keep the criticism clear but measured, especially since you’d still rate it 4.75/5. Something like: The hotel is beautiful—the property is absolutely gorgeous, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. The biggest disappointment was check-in. After traveling for nearly 20 hours, I had made a substantial request in advance for an early check-in, but unfortunately still had to wait about 3½ hours for my room. At that point, all I really wanted was to shower and settle in. Thankfully, there are several beautiful areas around the property where I was able to relax while I waited. I also found some of the restaurant service a little quirky. Food would be delivered without anyone returning to check whether everything was correct or if anything else was needed. At breakfast, I was asked to choose between ordering from the menu or having the buffet before I had even been seated or had a chance to see what was offered on the buffet, which struck me as a little odd. Those details aside, this is a stunning property and I had a very good experience overall. I’d give my stay a 4.75 out of 5 and would absolutely consider staying again.
