Staff and breakfasts were excellent. But the rooms and corridors are a bit depressing - hotel rooms need some updating and renovations. It was not what we were hoping to get - the rooms was outdated with old and dark furniture, old carpets, old TV and still bath tub in the room (no modern shower).

The hotel’s location is great, but it’s an old establishment that needs a lot of maintenance and a fresh makeover. The beds are old-fashioned and creaky, and the interiors are quite dated. While the location and history are appealing, the overall experience is quite old-fashioned. However, it would be great if the hotel could undergo some redevelopment to accommodate modern changes.
