The fridge had a slight odor; and the restraunt had limited food options for diets (gluten/dairy free meals). Otherwise the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were accomodating.
The hotel's location in proximity to shops, restraunts, buses, and the beach was super convenient.

We had an amazing stay at the Lotus hotel! My husband and our two adult children stayed in the penthouse suite. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. The wrap-around balcony allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking views from all sides of the suite. The Diamond Head view from the master suite was EVERYTHING!!! The only downside was that their elevator doesn’t go all the way up to the penthouse. You have to get off on the 12th floor and walk up. My husband has mobility issues so the 10 or so stairs were very challenging for him and there was also no ramp to roll his scooter up. Aside from that, I highly recommend The Lotus at Diamond Head in Honolulu!!!😍

We were pleasantly surprised! This hotel is really close to the airport and very well priced. Our room was immaculate and seemed recently renovated. There is a shuttle offered but we chose to park our rental and return it in the morning. The parking is not free but it’s expensive everywhere so we were used to that. Breakfast is only offered from 7-9am which was later than we needed to leave so we didn’t take advantage of that.
