9/10 Wonderful! (2,538 reviews)
The location of the hotel is good.
However, I asked for a quiet room, and the front desk person assured me that the room had no noise. But we could not sleep at night! The loud noise of the outside huge commercial AC units was constant and unbearable. At 1 am I finally called the front desk, and a nice young man changed a room for us, We moved and went to sleep around 2 am , but woke up at 7 because of a very loud now construction noise outside.
The back side rooms of the hotel are not good if you want to sleep at night.
The hotel has a nice restaurant. Our waitress, Silvia, was superb!

This is a gem. A bit off the beaten downtown track, but much much better. Easy walk to Forsythe Park and a 5 minute walk to a most delicious upscale Italian restaurant.

Nice hotel. Good location. They were renovating I assume a restaurant while there. Food was served in the bar area. Not the best circumstances
I think the overall appearance is clean yet quite understated.
I’m not a glitzy person but I’d almost call the atmosphere drab overall
Staff was great and professional
Didn’t have time to visit the spa
