Incredibly professional staff throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast amenities and restaurant were great! Room was incredibly well kept. Will stay here again, no doubt!!

Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Location is good. Close to public transportations. So many restaurants in the area. Food prices are much cheaper than the tourist areas.

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine service between the airport and the property was a fantastic convenience. It was smooth, efficient, and very easy to use by simply following the host's instructions. We also appreciated the welcome snacks, cereal, and drinks, which were perfect after a long international flight. The location is excellent and close to everything Gangnam has to offer. The nearest subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away, which we found very manageable. One tip for future guests: keep the property's address handy. Since it's not a commercial hotel, Uber and Naver Map occasionally had trouble finding the exact location. Overall, this was a wonderful place to come back to after long days of exploring Seoul. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, we always felt that help was just a message away thanks to the attentive and responsive host. We would gladly stay here again.

I quite liked the location being a bit of a walk from the main shopping and attractions, it felt a lot more peaceful than being immersed in the constant buzz of busy streets. I stayed 5 days in a suite which was absolutely amazing, then switched into a smaller double room which the size was plenty okay for two young women, however the room did have a funky smell that never seemed to go away. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would come back again!!

Very accessible area for food, shopping and transportation. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Right in the heart of Seoul. So much to see and many places to eat.
