Overall, everything was amazing. Location is great, directly on the beach with its own chair and towel area. Finding a chair was never an issue and the beach was somewhat quiet the whole time we were there. 7 minute uber ride from the airport and 15 minute Uber to Old San Juan. We stayed in the Aire de Olive room and although we had a view of buildings, we also had a great view of the ocean. Room was clean and spacious for a couple. Aesthetic of the room and hotel is beautiful! Every staff member we encountered were eager to help and always had a smile on their face. Special shout out to Diane who made the check in process very easy and seamless. She was informative and a delight to encounter. Do not hesitate to book!

Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience.

The cleanness of the place around was excellent. The room and the bathroom where excellent. The staff was super. The persons at front desk were so helpful! Las Palmas Restaurant was excellent. The menu, the staff and the prices were super nice!!

We absolutely fell in love with the island, but what made our stay especially memorable were all the thoughtful little touches. When we arrived, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and balloons in our room for my birthday, which was such a sweet welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. There are a few areas of the property currently under construction, as noted, but it did not take away from our experience at all. We visited toward the tail end of the busy season, and it was absolutely divine andpeaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. We also loved that the main pool is open 24 hours! Overall, we loved everything about our stay, especially the beautiful property, warm hospitality, and wonderful staff. We would absolutely return.
