Walls are paper thin. You can hear people watching tv in other rooms all through the night. Could also hear the partying going on in the hallway until 2am. Sounded like they were in our room. Pull out couch a joke. Could feel every spring digging into me. Awful

Room was in back of the building and we heard loud slamming, we noticed what it was at 6am because of the Hilton trailers in the back. Rough night.

The property is very poorly constructed with 6 inch wide sheetrock seams very visible and floors that are not flat. I thought I was in a 50 year old hotel.

Super excellent service at the front desk. So many amenities. Shuttle service to the airport or ferry. I will only stay at the Hilton when I’m on Staten Island.
