Location was great, beautiful modern hotel and I appreciated the artwork in our room. 12th floor lounge is especially nice. Bath/shower worked well. I also liked the mini-fridge and the sliding mirror doors on the closet.

The view was fabulous, and the room was large. Room coffee service was not very good. Coffee machine on the 12th floor was often out of order.
The bed was very comfortable.
Was close to many excellent restaurants.
The housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly.
All in all, a very good stay.

The location was literally a one minute walk to my dr appt at Sloan Kettering on 3rd Ave. i also took a very nice walk to Rockefeller Center. Felt safe and the staff was very very nice. They will valet your vehicle for $75. We have a large suv and get charged that to struggle to find somewhere to park it ourselves. Worth every penny.
