Bathroom plumbing old and needs replaced. Hot water was either hot immediately or took 15 minutes to appear. We were on the 12th (only the penthouse higher) floor. Appears that if you get up early enough you will have hot water. Shower control was hard to use. No plug to have a bath. Water controls shower/tub need replaced. No listing of TV channels on paper in the room. AC/Heat unit loud and noisy. Rattling noise from it.

Good client service, We asked for a mattress change because it was deformed by use, and they did it at the first request. Close to Starbucks, subway, Chinese restaurant and to Manhattan dinner (this was my favorite), also very close to the metro.

This property has a great location in a residential area of Manhattan (upper west side), It is very close to the Washington bridge, and two block from the red subway lines. Restaurants and stores are also plenty. The hotel, sheets and bathroom are clean, the only downside is that the hotel shows it's age, Classic is great, but the furniture felt like when my grandma use to travel (and I am 50), the The TV was a 27" tube style, I had one of those when I got married in the early 1990's

Extremely bad odor. I wasn’t able to stay because as soon as I walked into the room I started snoozing and coughing, staff was nice and kind but the hotel is in a very poor condition

Different from the pictures I saw online was very old and bed had stains and shower was horrible staff wasn’t very nice when I checked in

Asked for a quite room and got one next to a building under construction. Wall paper peeling off walls, filth around floor in bathroom, trash liner wrapped wall mounted hearing unit not working, towel as soft as sand paper, asked to move amd room.was on 10th floor hot as hell so in December 30 I had to open the window as the wall unit did nor work. Safe was broken and the best part was...i came back from a show at midnight jumped in the showed and i realised I had NO TOWELS Noone answer the phone line so went downstairs and asked to toweld, got ONE....Stay as far away as possible frim this place. Close it down and do extensive renivation and staff training, they just do not give a s..t when i voiced my issues. GOOD LUCK

Only thing about this property is the location is good, rest of the stuff is not satisfactory.
