The thermostat could not be adjusted downward and the room got to 80 degrees.We called maintenance who came up. The "fix" was to open the window -it was 28 degrees 6th floor window in early January 2020 - and put a fan on blowing cold air into the room. The shower didn't work and was a hand held shower head that had poor pressure and cold water. Not what we expected for $220/night

We had a great housekeeper! She was very friendly and enthusiastic and given that we were there for over a week she was always looking out of us. It was a personal touch that made a difference!

We booked two rooms months in advance and requested joining rooms. However, they did not give us joining rooms. The rooms do not have refrigerators. You can however request one and they will deliver a small one that fits oddly in the room. The air conditioner did not work. Our room was 76 degrees. When we called to ask someone to look at it they brought a box fan up and told us to open the window to cool off as the air conditioners aren’t working. The shower was clogged. Every time we took a shower, we were standing in water. It was gross. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience but we were not impressed.

The housekeeper walked into our room twice. Although she apologized it was redundant. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The tub was rusted and the painted was chipping off. The same with the bathroom door. We took pictures.
