The staff were nice enough and the woman who checked us in put us on a higher floor so the kids could look down at all the people and cars below. However, I didn’t love that water was $7 a bottle at the breakfast counter and especially did not like that they sold Trump/MAGA paraphernalia in the gift shop. If I’d known that I would have picked a different hotel.

Great location for theater district. Heating in room problematic. Cracked sink and slow drain in bathroom. Housekeeping excellent. Elevator also excellent.

Customer service was on point. Stayed at millennium theor sister hotel and it was horrible. So the hilton was a breath of fresh air

We have stayed here twice. I love the location, the room size, and cleanliness. This time our AC was not working well in our room. It was 76 degrees in our room. We called and the service guy came right up (after the second call). He changed the filter and it did improve it, but did not fix it.
